​Colossians 4:2Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;
 
As I look at this scripture something springs forth in my spirit about it. The thing that jumps out at me is with our earnest prayer we are to be vigilant in it the Bible says with thanksgiving. That’s the fruit of our lips giving a sacrifice of praise according to Hebrews 13:15
You see when all else fails, praise prevails. Human persuasion, begging with tears, and all else often fail to produce anticipated results. But praise never fails to bring God’s response to us, with our needs and circumstances.
So why does praise prevail when all else fails? It’s because the God that we serve happens to live in our praise! Remember: praise is the language of faith, and faith is the victory.
When fear and terror come, and there is only anguish and distress, I will still bless and thank Him for His wondrous deeds, and meditate upon His all-consuming power, and lean upon His mercies all day long. For I know that in His hand is justice for all that live, and all His words are true. So when trouble or salvation comes I will praise Him just the same.
WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS PRAISE WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT, WITH YOUR LAST BREATH LET IT MAGNIFY HIS NAME!!!!
