From the Pastor's Desk
Today is one of my favorite services of the year. Today is the day that we set aside to thank God for the freedoms that we enjoy in this country as well as the men and women who paid the price for those freedoms.
This great country was planted by God Himself, founded on Biblical principles for the purpose to evangelize the world and as a protector of the nation of Israel. We are living in a day and time that was prophesied by the Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 3:1-7. Because we are in those last days labeled as perilous times our Christian beliefs are under attack as never before. There are those organizations and political groups that would discredit the bible and the absolute truth that it carries.
As servants of the Lord Jesus Christ let us stand fast on our most holy faith. Praying for our great nation and those who lead it, that this country would not stray from the principles that it was founded on.
3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. 4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.
