From the Pastor's Desk

Henry Wadesworth Longfelow said, “Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending”. Sometime between beginning and ending we have all felt like giving up. Discouragement, disillusionment, or disappointment set in and we feel like saying “I quit.”
To many times when we feel like this we are letting emotions lead our lives instead of our decisions. Emotions enrich our lives, but we cannot make the mistake of letting our emotions rule our lives.
So the issue then is not what you feel but what you will. It’s not what you feel that determines your success and endurance to the end but it’s what you will.
 
Philippians 3:13-14
13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
