​Proverbs 31:30-31
30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands,
And let her own works praise her in the gates.
There is something about a mother who loves the Lord that sets them apart from every other man or woman on the earth. Men as much as they love and as hard as they try can’t love like a woman that fears the Lord.
I think the greatest example of the love that God has for us is that which is in the heart of a woman who serves Jesus Christ as Lord. As this scripture from the Book of Proverbs states, a woman like this will have fruit that follows her and a family that sings her praise.
I would like to personally say “HAPPY MOTHERS DAY” to all our mothers. Many of you like me would not be here serving the Lord if it wasn’t for a Mother or a Grandmother praying for you for your safety as well as your eternity. Many of our churches would have ceased to exist long ago if it were not for godly woman who refused to give up.
I thank our Lord for each and every mother that we have that fears and serves the Lord with all their heart. They will always be the marrow of the church.
