​     Thanksgiving means different things to everyone. To some it is a family reunion, to others it is a hunting trip, and to others it is a day filled with football and food. But regardless of what Holiday Thanksgiving means to you personally, scripturally we as Christians are commanded to be thankful in all things. The reason is that, unthankful believers don’t worship with a true spirit. Unthankful people have a tendency to complain and murmur. As a matter of scripture principle you can’t worship or even make a request in prayer without being thankful.
Hebrews 13:15
By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Philippians 4:6
Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
The missing ingredient to your miracle may very well be Thanksgiving!
