From the Pastor's Desk

Psalm 37:1-4
 Do not fret because of evildoers,
Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass,
And wither as the green herb.
3 Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
4 Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
There is a contrast given in these scriptures for the right and the wicked. The principle is that we can’t worry over men who have given themselves to a wicked life style. If we do will start comparing our lives to theirs and the enemy will try and bring out every discrepancy in comparison.
Our lot is to just trust in God and through His faithfulness He will provide for us. But He will go beyond that when we delight in Him, He will give us the desires of our heart.
