From the Pastor's Desk

​Esther 4:14
For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
 
     This passage of scripture is about when Ester’s uncle Mordecia who had raised her came to her about a wicked man by the name of Hamon, who intended to completely wipe out all the Jewish people in Persia.
He told Ester this because she was now married to the king and was in a position of great influence. The story is simply how God gets you in the right place at the right time to have the right impact.
So we must ask ourselves this same question. Am I where I am in life for such a time as this? The Bible is clear about the path of the righteous. Psalm 37:23 tells us that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.
Be encouraged with these words of promise that where ever you are in life God is in control. He will guide you, direct you, and keep you in all your way.
